Still no response from FNB

I posted a previous complaint on and FNB replied on that complaint and said someone contacted us. The person that contacted us informed us that a manager will contact us regarding this complaint. I also gave them a bad rating via an email survey they sent to me. a person contacted me and informed me that also a manager would contact me. Its been over 2 weeks and we still have had no joy from this problem. I think this is pathetic customer service!!!
