In response to previous Hello Peter complaint lodged 25/10/2013: "This matter has been escalated to FNB Loans to be investigated. Your complaint ref number is 362953". Loan account still not closed and no further feedback received. I will not follow up with you for your own mistakes. You should have made a point of finding out if the accounts closed and provided me feedback, I had indicted that you had until the end of October to close the loan account. The loan account is not closed and hence I will be closing my cheque account and moving to another bank. I will also be approaching the Ombudsman as well as the NCR to complain against FNB for not actioning.
