Being spammed by yourself - what a joke

I noticed a few months ago that I was receiving a lot of spam e-mails from other iBurst subscribers... including MYSELF! I complained to iBurst helpdesk via e-mail, but they didn't bother to reply.
Sometimes, when I send legitimate e-mails to other people, they don't receive it, saying my e-mail went directly to their spam folder - no kidding! I contacted iBurst helpdesk again to try and find out what is causing this problem - yet again no reply. So I sent an e-mail from their website contact form asking them to contact me regarding an urgent complaint. This was on 9 April 2013. I only received a reply on 12 April asking me to elaborate on my complaint. They were supposed to include a reference number for the complaint, but the field was empty. So I replied, explaining why I'm complaining and guess what? Yes, I haven't heard back from them. So I sent another e-mail to tell them to get a service manager to contact me within 24 hours and it's now been almost two days and still no reply. I sent another complaint to their sales dept from their website contact form and STILL no word. Am at my whits end!!! Will try a Consumer Protection body to see if I can get this resolved
