Very bad feedback/response (problem not solved)

On Wed 20 Feb 2013 I send a complaint on Hello Peter, Fri 22 Feb 2013 they responded with this e-mail ;

Then, 6 days later after no response (28 Feb), I replied to that e-mail asking why is there no response, and now it's 4 days later, still no response!!! Looks like not even a complaint on Hello Peter bothers them.
