I am a customer have both car and house insured Since early Jan I have been phoning to get quotes & coc for the new vehicle. I am not sure what went wrong cos I had phoned more than 10 times. A day before delivery I informed Miway to activate policy, the next day the dealership sent me a used vehicle and I was so disappointed, cancelled deal.By then the pro-rata for insurance was debited I phoned again and advised the consultant, in which i was told that I was going to be reimbursed. I took delivery of vehicle, 31 Jan return 1 Feb to date I have not been reimbursed. I am in the process of buying the similar vehicle at another dealership i had the old coc as i did not know and was not advised by the consultant that I needed a new one. I had to once again phone to follow up on my reimbursement and fortunately Yugo assisted me, I was already agitated, but this guy and his persitent nature to assist saved me as a Customer, he heard my story, in the end worked up another quote within a min coc was in my inbox it was a lengthy conversation and also advised abt the reimbursement. He is truly knowledgable guy and went all the way to keep me as a satisfied customer. Well done Yugo
