To whom it may concern

I have been a client of outsurance for the past 2 years and have always been very happy with the service. However, I decided to purchase a new vehicle and needed to inform outsurance of the change as well as get a new quote for the new vehicle, I firstly spoke to someone who did a quote for me of which it turned out to be higher than what I was paying initially, nevertheless I called back 2 days later to accept the quote only to discover the quote that was done was not saved onto the system and another quote had to be done in turn being more expensive than what I was quoted the first time so I did not take it. I called another insurance company who was very efficient and helpful I accepted the policy and sent it to the relevant places in order to take delivery of my new vehicle, I then called back outsurance to cancel the 2 year policy I had with them and was advised by the consultant that they could go lower than what I was offered I then advised I was not interested and was transferred to yet another consultant who again advised they could bring down my premium even lower, why is it only possible after 4 phone calls to provide proper customer service?
