VIRGIN WILL NOT PROTECT YOU FROM PANEL BEATERS!!

Good day Emmanuel Nzama/Molebeng Mphago - I am very disappointed in my insurance company as after having problems with one of your repairers I am being left to my own devices. ABSOLUTLEY NO ASSISTANCE FROM VIRGIN INSURANCE. I have sent you numerous e-mail's but NO ONE has the decency to reply to my mails. As specified in my previous mail I do not consent for my vehicle to be removed from Lammers premises. Someone from P & S took the vehicle away from them without my consent. This person advised that he took the vehicle to a "GMSA" and he was advised that the auxiliary fan was not needed in this model. I now took the vehicle to GMSA myself. First they accused me of taking off the fan myself and now all of a sudden it is not needed. My vehicle was out of my possession for 3 weeks - I received the vehicle back with scratches on both sides and now the radio is not working. I am appalled by the lack of support that I have had from your company and I am now going to take this issue further. We are in the process of buying another vehicle, but I am very reluctant to have it insured with you as I cannot deal with this pathetic service. I AM INSURED WITH YOU NOT THE REPAIRERS!!!
