I had a minor accident and am insured with Virgin Money part of the Telesure Group. Tim Zibi the consultant advised me to take my vehicle for assessment. I was advised that the damages to my vehicle was R13000. Tim advised that the claim was approved and Auto Magic the selected panel beater by Telesure would repair my vehicle. The vehicle was dropped off on Monday 13 May 2013 and estimated date of completion was Friday 17 May 2013. Vehicle was not ready on Friday 17 May 2013. Both my wife and I called Telesure to advise of the inconvenience and we spoke to several different agents. Nobody wanted to take the responsibility of the non delivery of my vehicle. Nobody wanted to assist with a courtesy car since this was no fault of ours that our vehicle was not ready. To date nobody has phoned to resolve this issue. They call to raise various other issues. We also were advised that since the claim our policy premium has not gone up by R300 as I cannot provide info from seven years ago that I was insured. Nobody asked me to supply this info when I tool the policy out. The service is pathetic and the worst part is nobody accepts responsibility
