Refund due

Im just about off. I cancelled my policies in December 2012 which the broker initiated on the date we did noot agree to and requested a refund. I faxed through the bank statement as requested and apparently they did not receive it. Can i get my refund as in last month PLEASE.

Does it really take 2 months to make a refund?
