WHAT HAPPEND TO GOOD SERVICE!!!

We put a claim in last year October 2013 at our Insurance company Van Flymen associates. After numerous conversations with Bonny and Roxanne and e mails we still struggle to get feedback from them.
Every time we phone there is a excuse or they don't know etc. We eventually phoned Steven who works for Aquarius to get some answers from him but he also was no help. In fact he had a bad attitude and will be the reason why we will move to another insurance company! We even paid for all invoices and damages ourselves as we couldn't wait for the insurance.
So im wondering what happened to service?? We are a client of Van Flymen for years now and we pay our account every month but when we put in a claim it gets questioned.
