Poor service with little to no useful feedback

Had a very minor motor vehicle accident with someone from the same insurance company as myself. I decided not to claim from my insurance as the accident was not my fault. I ran around initially to furnish them with everything they would need to conclude the 3rd party claim as soon as possible. I have been battling to get the 3rd party claim settled eventhough I ran around in my own time to supply the company with ALL the docs they needed without hesitation and now going for month 2 almost I have still not had closure on this claim - after numerous e-mails, phone calls, driving around for quotes I am at a point of total frustration as it seems that there is NO urgency to resolve this claim and what's worst is that its the same insurance company I belong to. Rethinking whether this is the company I want to be insured with - my colleague is also with them and this has been an eye opener for us both. Takes a lot for me to complain like this but yes if the negatives aren't highlighted then the service might never improve for the next person.
