OUTSURANCE LOOK FOR ANY REASON NOT TO PAY

I have been with Outsurance for more than 5 years, i have never claimed. I refer all my friends and family to go with them cause of their great service on the phone and good rates. I thought they were excellent, but that was before i actually had to claim. They have investigated and looked for any reason not to pay out. They have rejected my claim and i now need to pay the bank R200k .. why would you pay insurance every month, to be insured and your insurance company don't pay out .. you might as well not have insurance. It is shocking in everyway .. if you are with Outsurance move now before you have a car accident or before your house gets robbed and you will need to end up paying to replace all your stuff .. cause they WILL find a reason not to pay you out. MOVE YOUR INSURANCE NOW BEFORE IT'S TO LATE
