For many years i never had to claim from my insurance and pay them every month. no for the first time i needed to claim 3 bycicles that had been and only now i was told if you cant show the receipt you can claim the item. these bikes are almost a year old and i was never told to keep the receipts. you only find out how good your insurance company is when you have to make use of them!! cant believe this
