I submitted a claim and it was rejected -reason late claim. I tried to reason with the consultant to say I have never defaulted on payment surely there can be some leniency and I was told that I should have read my contract and rules apply. I even commented that it is OK when my account is debited and insurance is paid up every month but when the client has problems there is no room for leniency. Carl from the claims department told me that I can take it which ever way I want but the insurance will not pay for my claim.
I have read through my policy and have picked up flaws.
Not only does the client not read the fine print insurance also have flaws, who corrects their flaws.
on the 7th of October I got a call from car sure to say I should come and collect a courtesy vehicle for my car to be repaired.
No one from insurance called me to say we have reconsidered so send the car in for repairs --- very confusing (is someone playing me a fool)
How will it be repaired if the claim was rejected?
I need answers...
