UNFAIR CANCELLATION OF POLICY: FAILURE TO CAPTURE

This is now my 3rd complaint to which I have had no telephone call or resolution to my problem. In October I asked Complimed to change the debit order details and a member of staff did not follow the correct procedure and as a result my debit order did not go off. In short, I have been trying to get the debit order details amended since then with no joy and have now been told that my policy has been cancelled and I am 7 months pregnant and Complimed now does not want to cover my pregnancy despite the problem being on Complimeds side. I am furious to say the least and am incredibly upset. Please can someone telephone me so we can resolve this issue urgently. I am so very disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) from Complimed. If we are unable to resolve this issue I am fully prepared to take the matter further.
