Claim number 166564948. I submitted a claim and recieved car hire from Santam. Claim was paid out to me instead of car being fixed by insurance. Got given car hire for 10 days and insurance demanded car hire to be returned once claim was paid but car is not yet fixed and yet my contract says i can use the car hire for 30 days. My car is still in que for repairs but im struggling with public transport yet i pay for car hire every month and its really frustrating because if the insurance was fixing the car i wouldv still had car hire. I took my car to an Rmi approved place to be fixed and these places are busy and my car is still in the que to be fixed and they have to order parts as well, so its really not fair for SANTAM to let me stuggle with tranport as i never choose for claim to be paid to me. I am not happy with this type of service from Santam and very dissapointed. I called to complain to Mitzio's manager and he told me he will call me back. Till today the manager has never called me back. Is it because im black you assume im ok with using a taxi. NO SANTAM IM NOT OK & I NEED THE CAR HIRE YOU ARE DEBITING ME FOR MONTHLY.
