Poor service/No service

I have been trying since september to get assistance. i have sent all relevant documentation . now when i call im told to call complimed as they deal with claims. When i call them im told to call talksure then they check and say they will get someone to call me. im still waiting. To make matters worse i spoke to the receptionist who was so rude and had no people skills whatsoever whilst im on the line she says that this lady is rude and irrate and i hear all this. Really Debbie are you for real, im the customer needing help all because i told you i dont have a broker with did not deal with a broker i was called and offerred gap. You definetly need training my dear i dont understand how your company can keep someone as rude as you are.
