I submitted a gap cover claim for my Caesarian delivery on 23 September. I pay my premiums on time. I submitted all the documentation required. Complimed say they will process claims within 14 working days. It is now 29 working days and no one can give me any feedback. I sent an email to [Email Removed] to which JAMES replied on 24 October assuring me the money will be in my account by 27 October and if not then to email him again. This I have done but still no response. It is unacceptable and shocking service. I am going to definitely be changing my gap cover provider as well as recommending the change to all the leads I have supplied to Complimed.
