FAILURE TO CHANGE DEBIT ORDER DETAILS

I have recently sent a complaint via Hello Peter regarding this same issue, and have yet to have my problem resolved. I am now at the point where I am considering cancelling my policy all together and finding an alternative service provider. I have been trying (for months now) to get my debit order details changed for the debit order to go off. I am going on 7 months pregnant and cant afford to not have cover at this stage. I have (AGAIN) sent the relative documents to [Email Removed] and have had no response or contact. I am now very unhappy as I am not sure if my husband and I have full cover at this stage as the debit orders have not been going off, due to complimed not processing the change of debit order documents. Please URGENTLY telephone me to resolve this matter and send me an email confirming that my husband and I are still fully covered. I don't see why we should have our cover affected since the problem is on your side. I have even asked for banking details to do a manual payment, with no joy there either.
