I have 4 Vehicles insured with first for women.
My son was involved in a accident in one of the insured vehicles. We submited a claim together with the necessary paper work.
During the December holidays we were overseas and First For Women contacted my neighbours and my son's girlfriend asking them questions about my son's conduct without notifying us. I found this very unprofesional and irrelevant and wonder why they did it as both my neighbours and sons's girlfriend was not present when the accident occured.
On our return from overseas in January I got a call from FFW on the 8th of January telling me that the car is written off and they will be settling the car with the bank, they also said that I should go and get all my personal belongings from the car. Two days after that I got a call from FFW telling me that they are not going to settle the car with the bank as my son was not put as a driver for the insurance. I really want them to settle this car as I pay my monthly premiums and my son is not a stranger and he has a licence. I cannot see how they arrived at two different conclusions in two days.
