Threatening sms & no replies to emails

This is the 3rd time that I have received a sms urging me to pay my 8ta mobi account. WHICH I DO NO HAVE to avoid possible judgement. I sms'd on 19 December when I first received a sms and now 2nd January 14 I call and NO ONE can help as the consultants are all out on lunch. Seriously? All at the same time?? Surely you cannot be billing me for something which I do not have. Still waiting for a reply since 19 December 2013 . If you so badly want money why not reply to the people you are ripping off.
