On 15 June 2013, I had a car accident. A client of First for Women Insurance was the cause of the accident and admited guilt or liability for the accident. Since 20 June 2013, when I lodged a claim to date, I have been sent from pillar to post, even the ensurer refusing to honer the claim saying another vehicle was responsible. Bernard, the consultant dealing with my claim promised to resolve the issue, but now he is hiding not returning calls or emails. All I want is my car repaired or replaced. First for Women insurance is not reliable, not honest and lying to the public, they must come clean and honer their commitment and settle my claim.
