I lodged my claim with the company on the 15 may 2013. since that day I have been set from pillar to post and to date (10 June 2013) my claim has not be finalised. The following are the main reason why the claim is not finalised:1.The Co does not provide feedback on the process at all, as a client have to phone in almost daily to obtain updates.2.When I call in it takes me an average of 5-10mins to get hold of a consultant. when I do get hold of 1 I spend another 10mins on hold because the system is not updated clearly with the progress of the claim.3.There is no follow up/controls to track status of the claims. This is very clear because I was nerve contacted about the status of the claim.4. There is no follow up/controls ensure that correct hand set are collect especially where the handsets are with the services provider.5. There is no sense of urgency at the Co. Almost all process takes an average of a week to complete.5.The Co procedures are not flexible to deal with various scenarios of clients. This was evident because I lodged the claim after I have already obtained a beyond economic report from the services provider, but they insisted on performing the same procedure again.
