A drunk taxi driver hit us and we fell on the side of the road, my sister called my insurance and asked them to call and they did call me within no time. When I told first for women that we had an accident they sent an ambulance and a tow truck immediately. What makes me a happy customer is the fact that I kept getting updates and Charline would come back to me all the time. Today I got the best news that my claim has been approved. I did not believe this because by the time the accident took the insurance had not yet debited the first instalment, let alone the pro-rata tamount.
