Im quite upset, and its not the 1st time that Standard Bank has done this. Im currently sitting with a business card which I cannot use, cause they told me they dont know why its not working, even inside the bank. I once had to stand in the enquiry line 3 times the same day for the same issue which is still unresolved!

On 29/11/13 I visited Louis Trichardt after transferring an employees salary into his old bank acc and not the new one. Trace and Recall was requested. Ref 56150497 was opened. I made the mistake on 28/11. They told me it will take 10 days and it will cost me R263.00. I was patient, knowing I will follow up. On 21/01/14 I still didnt have my R4175.42 back, but I received a sms indicating R264 was taken from my account for a dispute in December. This morning I phoned and was 1st told the complete back office was in a meeting and then I was phoned back by Thuso who told me on 05/12/13 there was no money in the employee's account to reverse. THAT IS WHY I WENT THE NEXT DAY TO DO THE DISPUTE!!! They have the odasity to debit my account with R264 and when I asked them now what, I was told there is no money. Its now been almost 2 months. Its pathetic and unacceptable!
