On the 1st of March 2013 I withdrew R1300 from a Nedbank ATM with my Standard Bank Card. I never received the money but the amount came off my account. I reported the incident to Standard Bank Head Office and they said they will lodge an inquiery to Nedbank and gave me a reference number. They said it would take 12 working days for Nedbank to balance their ATM (ridiculous). It has been 21 working days and I still dont have my money back. I have repeatetly called Standard Bank and they said they will follow it up and call me back, they have nevr called back!
