Account closure

Standard bank closed my account which was a savings account that I was receiving my salary through. Furthermore they refused to open a new account for me because of the unpaid debit that sometimes goes off on my account. My problem is I am getting paid on the 15th and the acount that I was receiving my salary through is closed and I was not warned in advance, there was a day that I tried to log on with the internet banking and I was declined, I phoned Standard bank and I was told that my bank account was still fine, yesterday morning I tried to use my card at the atm and it didnt work and today I went to the bank and I was told that my account is closed.
