Atm not giving money

About a month ago I tried drawing money from the atm at arcon park everything was going well till the machine suddenly froze and took my card I then phoned standard bank and they ordered a new card for me which took 14 working days that was still fine then I received an email theres money going of my account for a personal loan of which I asked them to close 4 months ago so my account was in credit I went into the branch asked them to close it again and transfer that credit amount into my cheque account ive been waiting for a week now for that money to appear into my account and still didnt this morning I tried drawing money from the atm which asked me the amount I want to draw so I clicked on the button for R500 the machine took long gave me my card back and on the screen it said temporarily out of order after an hour I received an sms which said the amount went off my account but I never received any money I phoned standard bank and they said I must phone back their systems is off line after 4 hours i phoned again and spoke to one of the consultants who told me I must wait 14 working days and maybe the money will be back in my account... I had it i am done with standardbank
