I made an error with the date on my online banking in transferring money from my Just Invest account to my current account... put 2103 instead of 2013. Well what a pal lava to try and get it rectified, firstly cancelled this transaction online but that didn't work, it in fact duplicated the request - so then went into the branch (twice) to go and do it - they said they had, but that didn't work. Nobody could;d sort it out, so the only way to do it was to close the account - which I did on Wednesday only to now find out they they have closed the wrong accounts!! What's equally frustrating is that when you're in the branch to do something, they tell you that you need to call the call centre to do it... whats the point of having a branch... there is a total lack of competence, accountability & service. Also every time I say I'm going to close my account, I get no response... like they just don't care. Problem still not resolved and am waiting for someone from the branch to phone me back - won't hold my breath.
