I am writing this complaint because I am at my wits end with your Sunninghill branch.
On the 4th of February, I lodged a complaint about a particular employee at your Sunninghill branch that deleted my entire Internet Banking Profile after I "closed" a savings account I didn't use.
Well, just when I thought that service could not actually get worse, I had to find out from the personal banker (Nedbank) of someone that managed to erroneously do an EFT into my old and "supposed closed" savings account (instead of my cheque account) last week that the savings account, was in fact never closed by your Sunninghill branch and that it is merely dormant. Not only is the money that was transferred into this account inaccessible to me (as the card was destroyed by the banker and the account is no longer on my internet banking profile) without me physically going into the bank, but the account has also apparently been incurring bank charges (according to the personal banker) since then which I refuse to accept on an error made by Nedbank.
If the branch can't even do something as simple as to close an account, then whom am I expected to speak to that will be able to sort out this mess?
