Had it with Nedbank's shocking Internet Banking

On 26/6/13 I tried to transfer funds from my Nedbank account to TAB Online but I did not receive the SMS confirmation. I tried a number of times to transaction and then suddenly had a whole batch of SMS's come through at once (a full half hour after my first attempt)! TAB Online's IT staff confirmed it was a Nedbank problem. I have repeatedly complained and the last complaint was escalated under ref. 487252 as my SMS service has now been discontinued. This is NEDBANK'S ERROR, not mine, and I am now unable to transact on my account unless I take time off work to go into the branch. This is simply not acceptable. I have always thought Nedbank were the best of the local banks but my opinion has now changed. They are rude, do not help at all and have not fixed the problem as I have asked without my having to go into the branch. I have spent almost an entire working day in total dealing with this issue without any proper feedback and without the problem being resolved. I intend closing my account as I internet bank to avoid going into the branch as it is inconvenient for me to do so. This services is SHOCKINGLY BAD!!!
