Closed my account but they still bug me!

I closed my cheque account with Nedbank. I did this because the Pavilion branch was extremely inefficient and no one ever excepted responsibility. I was once again proofed right. After my cheque account was closed I received a letter from Nedbank stating that if I do not pay my owed banking fees for the months my account was closed I will be handed over to their attorneys. On the same day I received the letter I got a phone call from Nedbank wanting to discuss this. I informed the lady that the account was closed 4 months ago. When she heard this she was unwilling to sort this out and told me I have to go to the branch and sort this out - I will not! It was not my error. Nedbank has to except responsibility and sort this out with their consultant (Esha at Pavilion branch) which did not close my account properly. The bank is inefficient and unprofessional where no one is willing to except responsibility.
