Not fixing the roof for my house

I'm very disapointed the way absa insurance handle my claim, I put the claim last year for my roof that was damaged by hail/ storm up until today its still not yet sorted I tried to call them and it become dificult 2 get hold of that department till my money get exhausted on my cell and when collection department call me with regards to my outstanding bond instalment I always explain to them that the tenants dont want to pay bcos the roof is leaking very badly and if I ask assistance with that matter they tell me that its not their department, I should call them myself of which is a bad attitude and after I ask that lady who actually call me to refer my call to her senior, well she did that and gues what happen tha tmanager (France from collection dept) told me that my claim is approved and I ask him that when can I expect those peolpe to come and sorted my house he told me I should call those people myself after I explain to him that it is very difficult to get hold of the insurance department and he told me that he is already palyed his part. He never give me date and time so that I will go and tell my tenants I want Absa to tell me exactly that when are goner be coming to fix
