Home Assistance - False Advertising and Promises

Ladies do not be lured by the promises, or additional benefits and services advertised by this company. The latter are outsourced and despite that you are paying your premium to First For Woman, in the event of any problem they simply abdicate any responsibility. Since the beginning of December 2012 when an electrical company was sent to assist with my oven, which as at today is still not repaired and in fact I have now been battling for over a week to get returned, First For Woman and Europe Assistance (their contractor) have cost me literally thousands of rands. I have also spent hours and hours on the phone and sent several e-mails. Trying getting anyone other than a call centre operator to attend to a customer complaint!!! I have never been so angry, stressed and disgusted with any company.
