No service at all from First for Woman!

I have home contents insurance with First for Woman. I moved from outsurance to FFW because the premiums were much cheaper than what I was previously paying.

I submitted a claim for my water damaged cell phone on the 23rd of May 2013. Petro from claims department then phoned to advice that it is repairable and a contracting company will come and collect the broken device. Cell Clinix picked up the device on 23-05-2013 and as stated on their collection receipt: "Repairs to all phones within 24 hours guaranteed"

As it is the 17th of July currently, I am still waiting for my phone to be repaired! I have followed up with Perto in the meanwhile who agreed that this service is unacceptable and that she will follow up on this. I am paying them a huge premium every month, now when I need service from their side NOTHING! As I am paying them and not their service provider it is THEIR responsibility!

I have also been trying to phone costumer care and claims telephone numbers this whole week and the phone just rings and ring, no answer, every time after about 10 min of holding on I put the phone down and then try again later, same thing!! No one is answering the call center phones?!
