First for woman left me stranded for hours

I got stuck on the 1 August at 16:00 with one of my vehicles and my husband contacted first for women with regard and he was told that they will contact him within a few minutes, but no one contacted him. I then contacted first woman for assistance and they failed to assist me, I was told that assistance is on the way and I will receive an sms to confirm that, but did not receive any. after several attempts to get help from first for women. I then resorted to contacting my husband to assist because I was fearing for my life. the only assistence I got from first for woman was on the 02 August at 09:00am when I told them I was going to cancel the insurence with them. I then received a call from one of the supervisors saying they are going to call me back as she will look into the matter, but till this day I am still waiting. in essencce first for woman gambled with my life, while I am paying the premiums monthly.
