2 months without washing machine

I have a Europe Assist Policy which covers me for any appliances which need repairing
Europe Assist first got a contractor out over two months ago to assist - my washing machine was taken away-brought back not fixed-then taken by another contractor and still not fixed two months later
no feedback - co care in the world - paying for a service which is not being delivered!!! madness!!! i have asked for a full report from Europe assist more than once and still no feedback or anyone taking the time to let me know what is going on!!! i am shocked that no responsibility is being taken from Europe Assist or the companies that they contract to be thier "face" in assisting their cleint - everyone has a story and now the False bay wants to blame LG for not delivering the parts required - shocking how the bucket gets passed!!!
