Misleading advertising

Recently i received a newsletter (as per below) informing me i qualify for the benefits stated in it. Please note how it says at no additional cost. I just called them now to make use of them and i was told i should have been paying a fee. i have not seen anywhere whey they mention that there are costs involved for these. This is very misleading.
