No Feedback with my home load claim

Im still waiting for feedback from Standard Bank Home insurance. My Wife and kids are not safe because of them. My electric fence is not working and the gutters damaged. They not even giving me a call since my first complain. I think they just want me to forget about the claim. I'm paying my insurance every month but i get no assistance at all.
