How do you get assistance??? disinterested staff

I have been trying for 4 years to re-instate my account (with a credit of R300) at Edgars after it had been blocked before. I have supplied all the neccessary documents to unblock the account, but no one seems to have the ability to assist me. I have spent hours and hours with disinterested customer service (customer disservice) to try to get my account cleared, but no one even tries to get back to me after countless promises to do so. I have tried the Edgars customer services at Wonderpark in Akasia now, after years of trying the customer services staff at Groblersdal, hoping they would come to my assistance, but after promises of getting back to me, I tried calling them over and over, but they simply just don't answer the phone... try it... 012 549 9250
