Poor customer service and Shifting of blame

Bad service and refusing to pay by Dial Direct. I had a minor accident of which the car was still drivable but to be safe i called my insurance dial direct to come a tow the car for assessment. i then submitted a claim telephonically on 8 April 2013 of which it took me all day to get through them as they were having telkom line issues. I have been calling to find the progress of the policy because i havent recieved any notification of some sort. When i called today 17 April 2013 i demanded to speak to the supervisor who then told me the claim is under administration and that there is a possibility they wont pay because on my contract i have a clause that says i agreed to having 3 year undisrupted insurance when i took their insurance. I did an online quote for a comprehensive insurance and an agent called me to finalize the claim i dont recall agreeing to such. This shows bad service and a refusal to pay. I am gladly going to take my car and fix it myself and let me not hear anyone telling me about Dial Direct i have never had this problem with my previous insurances i came to Dial Direct because they promised a great offer of which i was going to save :(
