POOR SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TIME TO CLAIM

I submitted a claim to my insurance company, Dial Direct on 09 January 2014,

The Items that were damaged due a power surge comprised of the following:
o LG TV
o Whirlpool freezer
o Defy Washing Machine
o DSTV Decoder
o Sinotec Portable CD Player

The Items that were repaired and sent back on 18 January 2014 were the following:
o LG TV
o Defy Washing Machine
o DSTV Decoder

The remaining Items were replaced.

Since the return of the repaired Items the Defy washing machine is not working properly. It fills and drains water at the same time and then cuts off the power. The power resumes after approximately 10-15 minutes.

I had called and emailed Tshepo Sekome, the person dealing with my claim, several times from 25 January 2014, however no satisfaction about resolving my claim.

PATHETIC!!!
