King Price does not pay

After my claim was finalised and payment promised within 48 hours counting from January 08, 2014, I am super disappointment to tell Hellopeter that KP does not deliver. Today, 15 January 2014, marks exactly a week after the promise was made and no payment at all. Justin Williams finds it cool to ignore my query sent to him yesterday at 09:38 by e-mail.

I regret referring my sister to sign up with KP. I regret cancelling with my reliable insurer for this joke company. If no payment comes through tonight, I'm cancelling without hesitation and move back to serious insurers. I'll ask my sister to do the same and hope nobody else falls in their trap. What can you expect from a company that fails to pay a mere R1600, 00. I dread the day I'll have to claim for a more serious thing like an accident.
