No update and no turn around time

I sent the email below to ABSA Idirect on sunday the 12/01/14, as usual, there's still no action.

"Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to express my disappointment at the service I'm receiving from the ABSA Idirect claims department.

On the 29th of December my tablet was. On the 30th of December I submitted an online claim, I got confirmation that my claim was received and a consultant will call me within 2 working days. " We have received your claim request. Your ref # is: 18462. Should you not be contacted in 2 working days contact AIC: 0860100876 or Absa idirect: 0860202122." 2 working days passed without anyone calling me.

On the 02 of January, I called the claims department. I spoke to Belinda, we had bad connection, she took my number and promised to call me back right away. A day went by with no call from Belinda. On the 03 of January I called again, I again got to the same Belinda who first denied ever promising to call me back but eventually apologised for not getting back to me. I registered a claim with her and got a claim no: 00628685*003*001. She promised that the claim will be allocated to an advisor on the 06 of January.

After 12 weeks but still no feedback.
