My car was parked in Cape Town when a client from Outsurance drove into it. After supplying the responsible party with all the documentation on the 14th of October 2013, the wait began. I received a name to contact, but as it is a Call Centre the possibility to get hold of that person was zero.

After numerous calls (nobody contacting me), I made contact with the person responsible for my payment. It was clear that he did not even read my mail. He promised to arrange for the payment.

However, 14 days later when I phoned him again, he offered a weak excuse that his senior was ill. Is it possible that Outsurance have only one senior person that can authorize payment?

Poor, poor, poor service!!!
