Outsurance Poor Tactics for 3rd Party Claim 953362

I need to communicate with a senior person at Outsurance - am using Hellopeter as a route due to your pathetic reponses to e-mail.

Submitted docs for third party claim 25 April. Checked on progress on 3 May - nothing received by Out - my mail did not bounce. Resent, followed up, told a claims administrator would be appointed on 6 May. Called on 7 May, told Lebo is Administrator but unavailable, left message -ref 21092357. Called on 8 May, was told that she had called and left a message - NO record of any call or message to me. Was told I need to submit more info - done that night. Called Lebo on 10 May - no apology for silence, she told me I can take the vehicle for an assessment in Edenvale on 13 May - Done.
On 13 May I received a blunt mail: According to the information at our disposal our client was not the proximate cause of the collision. I replied on 14 May. On 15 May I recieved a mail informing me that systems are down. On 16 May I called and learned that systems are up, however I am merely being ignored.
On 16 May Lebo replied: Please note this is still a dispute.
It is not a dispute. Your client smashed into my wife's vehicle. Outsurance needs to settle this.
