BAD Service and no follow up

On 13 May 2013, there was an attempt to our Car. We immediately reported the incident and claim for repairs to outsurance. The same day they gave us details to see an assessor on 14 May. We took the car to the assessor to assess the damage and the details was sent to outsurance the same day. On 20 May, I received a mail from Nkadimeng Moganedi with the details of Chipsaway, (for repairs). Per the mail, chipsaway was supposed to contact us and arrange to have the repairs on the car completed. From here on out we waited two days and hear nothing from Chipsaway. We then phoned chipsaway ourselves to arrange for the repairs. The service we received was poor and rude. They could only take our car in two weeks time, being 7 July 2013. Almost a month after the incident. We put this on hold to phone outsurance, since such a long waiting period was unacceptable. Outsurance did nothing. We phoned again a couple of times to get someone to respond and eventually we could take the car in 1 July 2013. The repair took 4 weeks in which we never hear from outsurance again. We had our car back a week already when outsurance only let us know the car was done! No follow up on this service was do
