Outsurance
I am the victim here not your client

Business & Finance

I was involved in an accident on 31/12/2013. The person responsible for bumping my vehicle is a client of Outsurance. I then proceeded to explain to the person that I will not claim from my insurance because this will affect my accident history and I will have to pay an excess. This was clearly not my fault as Outsurance client hit me from behind while my vehicle was stationery in a traffic jam. I currently am without a car as my boot does not close and my bumper is half falling off. I am making means of using public transport during this struggle. Outsurance advised their client that I should claim from my insurance and my insurer should claim from the other party involved. I then decided to call outsurance myself and completed the form and sent this on Friday morning 03/01/2014. According to the e-mail I have received with the claim form is that I should allow 48 hours from submission of documents to receive feedback. Upon calling outsurance 2 days later they advised me to allow them another 2 days. How long must I wait? When I call again in 2 day's time should I then wait for another 2 days thereafter??? Please man, this is ridiculous. I AM WITHOUT A VEHICLE AS THIS IS DAMAGED!
