All i need is a right person to talk to help me

I'm getting sick and tired of being sent from one department to another, all i need is a number to the insurance department. I want to cede Nedbank's credit life insurance and use my personal one and unfortunately there is no one in Nedbank who is willing/able to help me. Can anyone who knows their job get in touch with me? I spoke to almost 10 people to date and i still cannot find one person who can help me sort it out.
