Unresolved Claim - 4 months later!!!

I submitted a claim to Outsurance in February 2013 for a camera and equipment. The matter was referred to an assessor, who saw me a while later, however this man was the most arrogant and obnoxious person I ever had to deal with.

I contacted Outsurance and requested to deal with another assessor; they put me in contact with the manager of the assessing company. At the end of March 2013, he came to see me about the claim, and assured me the matter will be dealt with as speedily as possible.

It is now already June, and still no word from either the assessor or Outsurance. I contacted Outsurance yesterday, and made it very clear that I need this matter resolved, and requested a senior to contact me before close of business yesterday. I'm still waiting for their call.

Currently I am paying insurance on an item I don't have - I had to go and buy myself a new camera and equipment, seeing as I needed it for a photo shoot. I wanted to request quotes from other insurers, but they can't help me due to this unresolved claim. So Outsurance currently has a hold on me.

I need this matter resolved ASAP, and will definitely never refer anyone to Outsurance!!!
